• 1 Banana chips

• 1/2 cup Bananas, ripe

Refrigerated

• 1 Egg

• 1 Egg white

Condiments

• 3/4 cup Dulce de leche

Baking & Spices

• 1 2/3 cups All purpose flour

• 1 tsp Baking powder

• 1/4 tsp Baking soda

• 1 Dulce de leche icing

• 4 cups Powdered sugar

• 1/2 cup Shortening

• 1 cup Sugar

• 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Bread & Baked Goods

• 1 Banana cupcakes

Dairy

• 3/4 cup Butter, salted

• 1/2 cup Butter

• 1/2 cup Milk

• 1 tbsp Water or milk

Banoffee Cupcakes - moist banana cupcake, with a layer of dulce de leche, finished off with dulde leche icing and a banana chip!
